PicPax needed a platform that could do more than sell products. It had to manage personalized medication packs, recurring subscriptions, and logistics through DHD across the UAE. We designed a custom eCommerce system from the ground up, focused on reliability, compliance, and ease of use. Every interaction — from onboarding to refill reminders — was crafted to build trust. The backend includes inventory control, user-level medication mapping, and full delivery integration.
